A seasoned entrepreneur and real estate investor, Joff Philossaint, holds a bachelor's degree in public administration from the University of Port-au-Prince. He is now studying artificial intelligence through Harvard's EDX program. Joff Philossaint also holds certifications and professional training in areas such as digital marketing, basic economics, statistical analysis, and nonprofit management.
Professionally, Joff Philossaint is a co-founder of the transportation platform Rydx and the nonprofit God Hand Foundation. He also serves on the board of Elite International Venture Capital LLC in Miami, a firm that handles residential and commercial cleaning services. He previously led Royal Elite Trans, a luxury transportation and exotic car rental company, as its founder and business CEO. He also worked as a human resource coordinator at Foundation DPTM.
His humanitarian work includes service at AGALP in Port-de-Paix, Haiti. Mr. Philossaint co-founded this nonprofit to support education, health care, and disaster relief. He later worked with Foundation Rights for All in Port-au-Prince to advance community advocacy and basic services for the underprivileged. He also created NewLeaf, a platform that connects returning citizens with mentorship, job training, housing support, mental health resources, and faith-based guidance via partnerships with local organizations.
